Our Sea-to-Skin Philosophy

At Seaflora, we believe in the power of nature to nourish and heal. Dad was a marine biologist for the Canadian Government, and helped mom to know which Rhodophyta, Phaeophyta and Cholorophyta were best for topical application with the goal of delivering visible results in the appearance of the users skin. Our family harvests nine species of seaweed, along with sea mud and sea salts, from the pristine waters of the Salish Sea. Every year dad still tests the ocean water where we harvest, and the lush forests of these eco-engineers aid in the water being so clean.
